If you are here because you're a
David Bowie fan, you have my apology, but maybe coming here wasn't entirely a
mistake. My given name is Thomas. My friends call me Tom. I was born in the
holy city of San Antonio, Texas. I followed my father into the US Air Force
where I spent 12 years on active duty achieving the rank of Major. So, I come
by the name of Major Tom honestly. I truly began my study
of the tarot in the early 80s - aided and abetted by my mother. Thanks Mum! My
very first tarot book was The Llewelyn Practical Guide to the Magick of Tarot
by Melita Denning & Osborne Phillips - now out of print. My very first deck
was the Rider Waite Smith. For many years, I read tarot with only the 22 major
arcana cards. For the past several years now, I read with the entire 78 card
deck. My current deck of choice is the deck I drew myself -
Major Tom's Tarot of Marseilles. My clients
span 5 continents. I'm now based in the lovely market town of Framlingham,
Suffolk, England, UK and am the leading professional tarot card reader in East
Anglia.
For most of my life I've
been my own worst enemy and I firmly believe this is the result of too much
living in my own head. I firmly believe that tarot has helped me to get out of
my own way and begin to truly enjoy the here and now.
For me, the tarot is entirely about getting the information you
need to produce the outcomes you desire. The first step to determining your
desire is getting to know yourself. My readings are designed to enable you to
achieve your desires. It all comes from within you.
